Boone Creek Creamery Branding

Boone Creek Creamery is a shop located in Lexington, Kentucky that sells handcrafted artisan cheese along with a few other tasty snacks. I started this project early on in my college journey and it has gone through several revisions since then. I struggled for a while as I was trying to give the company a more modern touch but I believe I was getting too modern while trying to follow the guidelines of the assignment. This version is the most recent version of the branding and I believe I have finally gotten to the spot I want to be with it. The hand-drawn elements of the design and the toned down colors offer
a high quality, traditional aspect that I was trying to give the brand all along. Boone Creek Creamery is a small business owned by a man who built it up from scratch. He started making cheese in his garage and then decided he wanted to do that for a living. I think that the traditional, old-school look of this brand fits the company as well as the owner. He is an older guy and he is extremely dedicated to making high quality products for his customers. I wanted his branding to communicate his friendly personality and his high quality craftsmanship
